Lynette’s success and experience have created opportunities for recognition as an expert in her field, allowing her to apply her expertise in the building of a franchise operation that seeks to improve the quality of life for individuals, companies and communities. With nearly 20 years of experience in the field, Lynette has developed a successful business line that soon grew into the franchise model known as Conspire! Franchising. Dr. Frank Polanco
Medical Review Officer
Dr. Frank Polanco is a board certified practitioner in fields of Occupational Medicine, Pain Management, and Rehabilitation with 35 years of experience. He serves as Medical Director for HealthQuest Medical Services, Inc. and Medical Review Officer for Conspire!. Dr. Polanco is licensed to practice in many states, including Colorado, Hawaii, Iowa, Texas, and Minnesota. He is an experienced medical reviewer and currently performs Utilization Reviews, Independent Medical Evaluations, Exposure Evaluations, Disability Evaluations, and Veterans Evaluations.
Chief Financial Officer
Chrystale’s role at Conspire! is to develop and oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial planning functions for the corporate office. She is responsible for education and supporting new franchisees entering the system with financial and platform software applications in addition to providing general guidance and support. She maintains and supports the general operating philosophies and company policies, as well as assisting other departments as necessary to achieve the overall mission of the Company.
Carmen performs research and development for Conspire! In her position, Carmen is responsible for keeping Conspire’s fund of knowledge current in substance abuse laws and trends, industry trends, and corporate wellness practices. She helps create and improve programs and initiatives within the company while also providing clients and community partners the tools they need to stay compliant in their policies and procedures through educational seminars, certifications training, and ongoing newsletters.
